- A credit card is needed to secure the booking from where the payment of the accommodation will be charged. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron. If you would like to pay with cash please inform us 14 days before the arrival. If you choose cash payment we will block the amount from your card which will be released when the payment is done at our reception, (9021 Győr, Árpád street 11.) during open hours.
- After booking you will receive a booking confirmation by email from our team that provides you with more information.
- After booking please fill out the check-in form online with all the guests datas: name, address, date and place of birth and passport number.
- 7 days before or within the arrival the amount of the accommodation will be charged from the given credit card. If you chose to pay in cash the amount will be blocked. The tourist tax is charged on the day of the check-out.
Cancellations
Cancellation policy: If you cancel your room booking within 5 days of the arrival date or later, you will be charged in full for the whole of your booked stay. You will not be charged the tourist tax (1,50 EUR/person/night) that is otherwise applicable.
Checkin and checkout
- Reception: At our reception (address: 9021 Győr, Árpád street 11.) a member of our team is available on Monday-Friday 7.00-15.30 and on Saturday-Sunday 7.30-16.00. Outside of these hours guests can contact us via an emergency phone number (emergency phone number: + 36 70 23 21 971)
- Check-in process: Check in from 2pm. All the accommodations have self check-in process.
- Self check-in: in the confirmation email you will receive a four digit pin code that provides the entry of the accommodation and with that code the room key will be available in the keybox safe. But if you need any help you can contact us through the video box or reach us on the phone.
- Check-out process: Please ensure you check-out by 10 am. When you leave please drop the room key in the appointed key box.
- Late check-outs: Subject to availability on the day, this can be requested for a surcharge of € 5 per hour.
Other information
- PETS: we love animals, but they cannot stay at the accommodations.
- All the accommodations are non smoking facilities. Outside the smoking areas smoking is forbidden. The rule violation is 90 EUR.
- Storing luggage: We can hold your bags during the day just ask the receptionist.
- Housekeeping: All rooms are cleaned only at special request – please let reception know or hang the relevant sign on the door handle. For ecological reasons, we won’t replace your linen/towels during your stay unless specifically requested or you are staying more than 3 days in a row.
- Laundry services: Washing or ironing services are provided for extra fee just ask the reception. We can provide an iron and ironing board please ask the reception.
